Empowering MSMEs in Nagrak Village, Purwakarta Regency through Business Mapping and Digital Marketing

This community empowerment program aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs in Nagrak Village, Purwakarta Regency, through Google Maps-based business mapping and digital marketing training. Problems identified in the field include minimal technology utilization, the absence of MSME distribution maps as baseline data for economic development, and the low ability of business actors to market products digitally. Activities were carried out through field observations, data collection of MSMEs, creation of business location points on Google Maps, training in calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and digital marketing training using social media. The results of the activities showed that MSMEs gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies, were able to create simple content for promotions, and understood the importance of recording production costs. In addition, the business mapping resulted in a database of MSME locations that can be used by the village government as a basis for developing and promoting local potential. This activity had a positive impact in the form of increased online MSME visibility and the availability of more structured spatial data. The results of this community service are expected to be the first step in strengthening a strong economic ecosystem for the village in an integrated and sustainable manner.
